TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a campsite, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect fellow campers.
  3. Fires: Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings only. Always fully extinguish before leaving.
  4. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.
  5. Trash: Pack it in, pack it out. Leave no trace.
  6. Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or for injuries sustained during your stay.
  7. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.


Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Cancellation POLICY

  • Full Refund: Cancel 48 hours or more before your check-in time.
  • 50% Refund: Cancel 24–48 hours before check-in.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows.

To cancel, please contact us via email or phone. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
